You must be thinking, why am I talking about weight loss in a plus size blog? Well, i'll tell you. Many plus size women try to lose weight the WRONG WAY. Some of them stop eating. Some go to a gym and don't eat healthy. Some plus size women just don't eat healthy at all.
Why is it that when you try to lose weight, you figure out that in fact you're loosing wieght but you can still see those inches around the tummy, hips and those places you want to reduce? Well, that's because the weight you're loosing comes from your muscle and not from fat.
Here are some tips of how to loose weight in a healthy way.
1- Introduce changes gradually. Someone who has not exercised for years should not rush into running miles a day or pounding the treadmill. Park you're car as far as you can, that way you'll have to walk a little more and exercise. Increase your levels of activity.
2- Reduce the amount of calories Per FAT that you eat.
3- Forget the fast food!!! Be a healthy plus size woman. That's my goal. I want to educate plus size woman, so they can look gorgeous and healthy at the same time. There are videos that can show you the kind of stuff fast food can give you to eat. Start eating more veggies, cereals, white meat, and fruits and less canned or ready to eat food.
4- If you're on the road, make smart food choices at restaurants. When you do eat out, choose healthy options. Look for menu descriptions such as: baked, braised, grilled, boiled, poached, roasted and steamed. Food prepared by these methods tends to have less fat.
5- Limit your alcohol consumption. Alcohol tends to increase your appetite and provides extra calories and little or no nutrients. If you do drink, do so in moderation: No more than one drink a day for women and two drinks a day for men.
6- Try to avoid the "I'm on vacation!" mind set and keep in touch with your body's natural signals for hunger and satiety. Eat because your body is truly hungry and needs the fuel, and be sure to stop eating at the first signs of satiety.
7-Make water your best friend. Traveling can dehydrate you. Especially if your plans require long plane rides, spending time out in the sun or at the beach. If you can, be sure to stock your hotel room, backpack or car with plenty of water.
8- If you get really hungry between meals, eat salads, fruits, yogurt, or veggies.
9- Choose the right plan. There are many promises and many plans out there. Be careful and analyse everything they offer you. See if they have a guarantee and how is it. Look at the testimonies. Are they real? Personally, I know a plan I allready investigate and is really good. Is called Cinch. They focused in loosing pounds and INCHES. And that's the part I liked when I heard of it. They use natural products that won't hurt you're boddy. The peolple that testifies are real. And is made for people with a busy lifestyle.
